Don't be nervous! Just follow below steps and find out the possible reasons.
Step 1. Confirm: Is the "release time" you set up already passed?
Step 2. Check your mailbox, is there any rejection email?
Please check your mailbox for any e-mails from us notifying you that the album cannot be uploaded before you edit certain parts of the album information.
Step 3. Is your album status currently in "Reviewing" or "Processing"?
Log into the system and access the Music Distribution page to confirm your album status.
If the displayed status is “Reviewing” or “Processing”, this indicates that the album is still under necessary distribution process. Please be patient and wait for completion of upload operations and take this 14-day processing time into consideration when you submit your next upload application to ensure the timely upload of your album!
Step 4. Is your album status currently in "Delivered"?
There are two possible reasons that this album s "delivered" but cannot be found on music platforms.
1. Platform is still processing it
Upon completion of submission operations, every music platform needs a certain processing time before the album can be officially uploaded to the platform and your fans can search for it on the platform.
You should allow a processing time of 7-14 days after submitting your upload request. This is the time required for completion of the upload by the platform (the required time varies from platform to platform).
Please be patient and wait until the time limit is reached.
2. The album does not conform to the review standards of a certain platform and can therefore not be uploaded.
This usually happens on Chinese platforms. They may deny your upload request because your album contents or lyrics do not conform to the country’s content review standards.
